Provide on-going analytical support related to current call center and channel fallout reporting. Focus on enrollment and system performance optimization by analyzing and documenting current processes. Develop and implement additional controls, as necessary.
Perform essential proactive and ad-hoc analysis as required for the residential markets.
Support all of the above by performing sensitivity analyses for key assumptions and market scenarios, as necessary.
Develop executive level reporting and presentations accordingly.
Maintain current and accurate process and methodology documentation.
Manage and appropriately prioritize multiple overlapping projects.
Actively participate in cross-functional team activities, providing expertise on data types / sources, offering original perspectives, and challenging conventional views.
Maintain and expand knowledge of current and evolving database development methodologies and techniques, including CARE, CRM, BI, MCAD, SAS, and external sources.
Bachelor (with significant experience) or Masters in business, engineering, finance, accounting, economics, statistics or other quantitative field from a Top Tier Program
5+ years in a consulting and/or market/financial analysis role
Excellent business, financial and analytical acumen
Web marketing and analytics experience with strong technical working knowledge of web analytics tools such as Tealeaf and Webtrends
Advanced skills in extracting and analyzing data using SAS / SQL, macros, pivot tables, statistical functions and other large data analysis tools
Very strong Microsoft Excel analysis and modeling skills
Strong analytical skills with a working knowledge of statistics
Prior experience with SAP and extracting data from SAP BW desirable
Working knowledge of key financial, accounting and business metrics (e.g. NPV, PV/I, DCF) desirable
Experience in a customer-focused role and building relationships with key internal customers
Excellent inter-personal and communication skills
Strong team player
Energy industry experience within a competitive/deregulated market is a plus
